1. SPC Card must be signed immediately.

2. To qualify for SPC Card discounts, purchases must be made by the cardholder.

3. Card sharing is not permitted. Misused cards may be confiscated.

4. SPC Card membership and benefits are exclusive to students. Members who are 16 years of age and older may be requested to provide valid student ID with their SPC Card (excluding VIP SPC Card holders).

5. Retailers have the right to seize your SPC Card if the SPC Card is used by someone:

• Other than the person whose signature appear on the back of the card
• Who is not a student
